Located at Sunset Health, a 5-clinic FQHC in Yuma, Arizona. Applicant will examine, diagnose, and provide non-surgical treatment of diseases and injuries of the patients in an outpatient/ primary care environment. Applicant (Physician) must possess medical degree or foreign equivalent, completion of residency training program in Family Medicine, board certified or eligible, eligible for Arizona medical license. Nurse Practitioner must have advanced degree and license for practicing in the State of Arizona. The Family Medicine physician or Nurse Practitioner will see patients at the Sunset Health Yuma Clinic.
