Provide quality patient-centered medical care by providing comprehensive medical care to a wide variety of patients in an efficient and cost-effective manner.
QUALIFICATIONS for FNP:
- Graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner advanced degree program
- Two years of experience in ambulatory care setting,
- Preference for PEDS and IM experience
- Certified Nurse Practitioner license in the state of AZ
- Current DEA and CPR certification
QUALIFICATIONS for Physician:
- Doctor of Medicine Degree from an accredited medical school; or Doctor of Osteopathy from an accredited school of osteopathic medicine
- Must be board certified or Board eligible.
- Must be able to obtain an Arizona State Medical license to practice, CPR card, and DEA.
