New On-Demand Learning Modules

The Alliance recently developed five online learning modules on key topics identified through our annual health center needs assessment and other modes of training evaluation. Each module features members of our network and/or Alliance staff, so we hope they are useful in supporting staff and board development. Click the links below to access each module.

  • Advocacy: This module provides an introduction to the Arizona legislature and the legislative process and discusses how Community Health Center advocates can get involved.
  • Burnout: This module describes why burnout is an important issue, key contributors to burnout, and the impact of burnout, and provides strategies for intervention.
  • Leadership: This module defines leadership, identifies and explores various leadership traits, and provides guidance on a 3-step process you can use to improve your own leadership skills.
  • Social Determinants of Health: This module defines SDOH, discusses health equity and health disparities, and explores strategies to address SDOH to meet community needs.
