Training and technical assistance, including peer networking, is a priority of the Arizona Alliance for Community Health Centers (the Alliance). Our job is to ensure Community Health Centers (CHCs) and other safety-net providers have the information and support they need to focus on patient needs, delivering the whole-person, quality, and affordable care that is their hallmark.
The Alliance establishes and facilitates peer networking committees (PNCs) to:
- Bring together CHC professionals from across the state to share best practices, community learning, challenges, and success stories
- Create opportunities to make connections that strengthen cross-center support and statewide impact
Click here for more information about our PNCs.
- True Colors Workshops: We offer True Colors Workshops by a Certified True Colors Staff Trainer. True Colors is a model of personality identification that lays the foundation for relationship building, effective communication, and teamwork. You can request a workshop for your staff by clicking here.
- Mental Health First Aid Certification: We offer Mental Health First Aid Certification training that teaches learners how to identify, understand, and respond to signs of mental health and substance use challenges among adults. Contact us at info@aachc.org to learn more.
