Making a Difference for the Health of Arizonans

Full Members

Full membership is available to health centers (also referred to as Community Health Centers), Look-Alikes, and Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs). All 23 of Arizona’s Community Health Centers are members of the Alliance, along with one FQHC Urban Indian Health Center. Our members are local, nonprofit, healthcare providers serving people of all income levels in medically underserved communities. Each provides high-quality, affordable, culturally competent primary care and preventive services. Click on any of the logos to explore what makes our members the best resource for affordable, quality care in your community.

Associate Members
