The Receptionist provides much of the clinic’s daily communication and reception support for patients and other outside persons either in person or by phone. This position provides exceptional customer service, to include courteous, helpful, proactive communication, and problem solving for patients and those needing information. This position is the first point for accurate data entry regarding patient demographics and insurance.
Qualifications:
- Basic computer skills preferred.
- Previous clerical and customer service experience in a fast-paced business environment preferred.
- Experience with heavy phone volume, scheduling, verifying insurance eligibility, preparing medical records and with electronic medical records experience preferred.
