Provide IT support and help desk functions to Sunset clinics. Ensure IT equipment functions well and is supported effectively. Serve as a support person for the Electronic Health Records system and to help support the clinics with Electronic Health Records needs. Oversee communications and related equipment. Support the IT inventory process.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

- Must be able to obtain a fingerprint clearance card. If not already obtained, Fingerprint Clearance card application must be submitted within 5 business days of employment.
- Must be able to successfully pass a background check and a health and drug screen.
- Associated degree in Computer Technology or equivalent from an accredited college preferred.
- Two years of IT support experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Three years’ experience in a health care setting and an understanding of patient flow cycle in an outpatient setting preferred.
