Under the general guidance of the Nurse Manager, is responsible for supervising, facilitating, coordinating, and team leading, in conjunction with the care teams; the flow of patients within our primary care clinics and COVID testing processes. Functions within the scope of nursing practice as defined by the Arizona State Board of Nursing and Sunset Health policies and standards of professional practice. This role serves to continually mentor and assist in training Nursing Support Staff and is responsible for the appropriate assessment and triage of patients presenting to the clinical setting or over the phone.
Qualifications Requirements:
Maintains current Arizona or compact state R.N. licensure on file with Sunset. Completes and maintains CPR card. Degree or diploma as a Registered Nurse from an Accredited School of Nursing. Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
