JOB PURPOSE: The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is responsible for determining and formulating policies and provides overall direction of the accounting, finance, and business operations, services and performance of the organization within guidelines and direction of the Chief Executive Officer, Board of Directors and Labor Union affiliate. The Chief Financial Officer plans, directs, and coordinates operational activities at the highest level of management in the accounting, finance and business operations department with the assistance of subordinate managers and staff.
The primary goal of the El Rio Health CFO is to support El Rio’s Mission of providing comprehensive, quality health care that is affordable and accessible to all who may have healthcare needs, by successfully performing the primary essential functions.
